Shipping policy

We ship to all countries within the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom (UK), the USA, and Canada.

Shipping Costs – Europe
For orders over €50, we offer free shipping. For orders under €50, the following shipping costs apply:
– Germany: €3.99
– EU countries: €4.99
– Switzerland: CHF 8
– United Kingdom (UK): £8

Note for deliveries to Switzerland:
This is a tax-free export delivery.
Any import charges (Swiss VAT & customs clearance fees) are collected by the shipping carrier and must be borne by the buyer.

Shipping Costs – Rest of the World
For orders up to €50, the following shipping costs apply:
– USA: €40
– Canada: €30

For orders over €50, shipping costs are:
– USA: €30
– Canada: €20

Delivery Time
Delivery within Germany takes place within 1 to 3 business days after receipt of payment. For all other EU countries and Switzerland, delivery takes 2 to 5 business days. For the United Kingdom (UK), delivery takes 4 to 6 business days. No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Provider
Shipping is carried out via DHL. After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your package at any time.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete. If delivery is not possible due to incorrect or incomplete information, we reserve the right to charge the additional costs for reshipment.
